CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Dahlia Salon Spa team, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment:

Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost on your next appointment.

Any “No Shows” being made will result in a charge of the full service cost on your next appointment.
